Professional Development Built Around Your People
What’s Not Taught provides professional-development consulting for government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other institutions. We work with you to identify your audience’s needs and develop courses around the responsibilities and situations they encounter.
Courses can be created specifically for your employees or participants, with learning objectives and platform access agreed as part of the engagement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we use existing courses, commission custom courses, or combine both?
Yes. Where existing courses fit your audience, an engagement can include a selected course bundle. Courses can also be developed specifically for your learners, or existing and custom courses can be combined. The current public catalogue focuses on legal professionals and family decisions; professional-development courses for other audiences can be commissioned.
Can your programs be customized to meet our organization’s needs?
Yes. We work closely with each organization to tailor program content, delivery format, and learning objectives to align with your audience, mission, and desired outcomes.
How can training be delivered?
Our programs are available in-person, virtually, on-demand, or through hybrid formats, making it easy to provide engaging, high-quality learning experiences regardless of your location or audience size.
Do you measure participant learning and program effectiveness?
Yes. Our training can include knowledge checks, assessments, interactive activities, and participant feedback to reinforce learning, measure understanding, and help organizations evaluate program impact.
